Lifting Prohibition for Medical Marijuana Ambulance Stations

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. - for medical marijuana ambulance station there will be lifted prohibition to carry any kind of operations and fulfills it quite legally in Palm Springs.

In relation of 3-1 the City Council voted on Wednesday to allow two pot cooperative societies. Therefore Palm Springs appeared to be the first city in Riverside County to legalize medical marijuana ambulance stations.

City Attorney Doug Holland points that common law actions have already been prepared and they instituted legal proceedings against two of the working dispensaries, while his federation is working out witness testimony against five more.

California voters in 1996 approved the Compassionate Use Act allowing medical marijuana use.
