Last Tuesday night two West Monroe men were captured for possession of drugs, in particular marijuana was found in one of them house. Brandon Link, 17, 1318 Evergreen St. and Justin Harville, 21, 402 Avant Road were under an accusation of marijuana and drug paraphernalia storage. As was apparent after Link was also charged with committing a crime against the first-offender juvenile. Metro Narcotics instituted an inquiry of Harville's house c by carried West Monroe detectives. After an order to view a house, police said they found two plastic bags with marijuana, a grinder and digital scales, a cigarette pack of burnt marijuana cigarettes, three pipes.
The affidavit reveals Harville's cognizance that that plastic bags belonged to Link, who later acceded to involving a juvenile into the crime and hiding the bags of marijuana. Link denied his possession of bags.
Link and Harville dealt with Ouachita Correctional Center. After posting $2,000 and $1,250 money liabilities respectively, Link and Harville were set free on bail. |
